Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom or pre-order items may take longer; timelines will be mentioned on product pages.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard delivery within 5–8 business days after dispatch.

  • Express shipping may be available at checkout.

International Shipping

  • Delivery timelines vary by destination, usually within 10–15 business days.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the artisanal and luxury nature of our products, we maintain strict quality standards.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order, with photos of the defect.

  • Once approved, items may be exchanged or eligible for store credit only.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer size or color exchanges, as each piece is handcrafted and may vary slightly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized, altered, or sale items are not eligible for return/exchange.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for safely shipping the product back to us.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not offered. Approved returns will be processed as store credit or exchange.
